Delete your account data
You control the information you save with AssetsXray.
Remove individual saved snapshots
Log in to your private dashboard using the account that saved the information. Use Remove saved snapshot for each record you want to remove. Clearing calculator figures only clears the current calculator; it does not delete server records.
Request deletion of your AssetsXray account
Email richrowrecords@gmail.com from your account email with the subject AssetsXray account data deletion. Ask us to delete your AssetsXray sign-in identity and saved account data. We may need to verify that you own the account before processing the request. Requests are reviewed manually; sending the email is not confirmation that deletion has completed. Never send passwords, card details, bank credentials or verification codes. We will confirm the outcome by email.
Disconnect Facebook
In Facebook Settings, open Apps and websites, select AssetsXray, and choose Remove. Removing the Facebook connection stops that connection; request AssetsXray account deletion separately using the instructions above to remove information already saved with us.
Membership and payment records
If you have a subscription, use Manage billing in your dashboard to cancel it. A deletion request does not itself confirm cancellation. Payment receipts and records held by Stripe are handled separately under Stripe’s policies. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained; the response to your request will explain any exceptions.
